Pricing and Payment

    Do prices include tax?

Tax (VAT) is included in the price of an order being shipped within the EU and is charged at 20% (standard VAT rate).

HMRC dictates that VAT is paid on all goods consumed within Europe. In order to avoid confusion, our system includes VAT on orders whose shipping address is stated as being within the EU.

The price on goods being shipped to all other countries, including EU regions exempt from VAT, does not include tax. However, please note that local taxes and customs duty will apply once the shipment reaches your country.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We are able to accept payment either online through our web order form, or on the phone. We do not recommend that you send cash through the post.

For your security, we use PayPal to process our online transactions. Once you have reviewed your order, you will be transferred to a secure site hosted by PayPal and asked if you wish to complete the transaction with your credit card or with your PayPal account.

We accept most major credit and debit cards and you do not need a PayPal account to complete the transaction. Payment details are vetted by PayPal and once successful, you will be brought back to our website with confirmation of your order.

    Are my card details safe?

We do not store any sensitive payment details. Payments whether through a credit or debit card or through a PayPal account are processed by PayPal. We do not receive any payment account information from PayPal.

Why has PayPal charged me more than the amount stated on your website?

All prices shown on our website are in GBP. Once you are transferred to PayPal to complete the transaction, PayPal converts the order total using their exchange rates. Please refer to PayPal's Terms and Conditions for further details.
