Ordering and Payment

    Prices are calculated based on the country the items will be being shipped to. UK and European customers have VAT included in the price of each item, whilst all other countries (including VAT exempt regions within the EU) do not have any VAT added to the price.     RegistrationStep 2

    You will need to register with us the first time you make a purchase, after which a unique key code will be assigned to you. Future purchases (made with the same login details) will automatically allocate your key code to the newly purchased items or replacements so you do not have to worry about losing your code.

    Review your orderStep 3

    Please be sure to carefully review your order before paying for the items as these are bespoke products and we will only be able to accept returns if the goods are faulty or damaged.

    If you notice an error in your order, please contact us immediately via orders@atomic22.co.uk. Unfortunately, we will be unable to make amendments or cancel your order once it has been processed by us.

    PaymentStep 4

    For your security, we use PayPal to process our online transactions. Once you have reviewed your order, you will be transferred to a secure site hosted by PayPal and asked if you wish to complete the transaction with your credit card or with your PayPal account.

    The payment cards listed below are accepted and you do not need a PayPal account to complete the transaction.

    Order confirmationStep 5

    Once the payment is successful, you will be brought back to our website where you can print a copy of the order summary for your records. You will also receive an Auto Email containing the same information. You will receieve a second email, Order Confirmation, to confirm that the order has been accepted.

    My accountStep 6

    Visit My Account to update your details, order a replacement key or view past orders.

    To change the delivery address of an order which you have recently placed, please contact us via email info@atomic22.com to make us aware of the change.
